Luca and Roberto are delighted to announce that Semola will once again be open during the Christmas season!


Join us on December 23rd and 24th for a special festive dinner, featuring an exclusive set menu, priced at £85.00 per person (drinks not included. These dinners are adults only).


Dinner will begin at 7 pm, offering a true Italian festive experience. Take your time, relax, and enjoy an evening filled with love, joy, and authentic Italian flavours. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!


As spaces are limited, we encourage you to reserve your table early to avoid disappointment.


Aperitif


As you take your seat, we will serve a flute of Prosecco accompanied by olives and mini-Margherita pizzas. This moment allows all guests to arrive and settle in, while we take your drink orders and prepare.


Antipasti, you will receive a taste of each of the items below

Involtino di Bresaola e Scamorza Affumicata

Slices of bresaola rolled around smoky scamorza cheese, served on rocket and drizzled with honey.

Crostino di Pane Casereccio con Gorgonzola, Speck e Noci

Toasted bread topped with Gorgonzola mousse, smoked ham, and walnuts.

Torta Rustica con Salsiccia e Spinaci

Puff pastry pie filled with Italian sausage and spinach sautéed with herbs and garlic, topped with warm Gorgonzola sauce.

Gamberoni al Brandy su Letto di Vellutata di Patate con Crudo Croccante

Tiger prawns sautéed in brandy, served on creamy mashed potatoes and topped with crispy Parma ham.

Involtini di Salmone Affumicato con Cuore Morbido

Smoked salmon rolls filled with soft cheese and chives, served on braised leeks with toasted homemade croutons.

Vol-au-Vent Caldo con Nasello alla Vodka e Mascarpone con Caviale

Warm vol-au-vent filled with sautéed cod in vodka and mascarpone sauce, topped with black caviar.


Pasta course

Gnocchi di Patate con Salsiccia e Castagne al Pinot Grigio

Gnocchi served with sausage and chestnuts in a creamy Pinot Grigio sauce.

Caserecce con Sugo di Pesce e Pomodoro

Pugliese short pasta served with Semola’s rich tomato and seafood sauce.

Risotto al Prosecco con Tartufo Nero e Funghi

Creamy Prosecco risotto with black truffle and mushrooms.


Main course

Polpettone Tradizionale Natalizio con Verdure Arrosto e Salsa al Chardonnay

Traditional Italian Christmas meat roulade of mixed meats, eggs, Parmesan, herbs, filled with ham, mozzarella, spinach. Roasted and served with creamy Chardonnay sauce, plus roasted potatoes, carrots, and broccoli.


Christmas dessert

Pandoro e Panettone della Tradizione Italiana

Traditional Italian Pandoro and Panettone served with warm brandy custard cream.
